The Primary objectives of the company are to maintain, develop, Evaluate, build and design
Automated industrial equipment to improve product quality or increase productivity. |

We can design customised Embedded microcontroller products using PIC
microcontrollers. We are fully equipped with in circuit emulation equipment from Microchip. This
allows us to program a microcontroller and debug the software in real time from a
personal computer whilst running the hardware application. The software can be
written in assembly or C++ languages |

We use target printed circuit board development software to design our PCB's.
All our printed circuit boards are designed and manufactured taking into
consideration electro-magnetic compliance (EMC). |

Mechnical Design |

We can design and manufacture mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to customer Specifications. All drawings are produced in CAD software.

Production machine design
We have started developing production equipment for the wire industry in Wales UK. The equipment will pack large gauge wire into 300kg packs.
Expansion in south Wales UK
Advanced Electronic Systems has today announced its expansion in south Wales in Llanelli.
Managing Director Mr Chris Carter (Beng honours) said
“We have decided to expand our operations in Dafen, Llanelli as a result of the rapid growth of our Global markets”.

Remote technical support. |
|

We provide 12 months free remote technical support with any industrial control project purchased from us. Addition technical support will need to be arranged. All our industrial control projects with a PLC fitted have a modem fitted for remote technical support. We can connect with the equipment anywhere in the world and look at the status of your equipment and diagnose faulty components with in the system. These can then be quickly replaced and downtime kept to a minimum |
